Hi, my name’s Amber Grace and I’m a yoga and wellbeing specialist who’s also studying nutrition.
I’m hugely passionate about improving long-term health on the inside and out, studying and teaching yoga, meditation and nutrition to complete the full healing cycle.
I teach a variety of styles of yoga from ashtanga to stretch and chill sessions, to adaptive yoga (for MS and other physical ailments), to corporate wellness in the workplace, and also breathwork for long-covid sufferers.
My teaching style is calming, nurturing and joyful, with a genuine passion for long-term health and happiness.
Through combining my understanding of movement with the traditions of mindfulness and how it can improve each individual’s journey, I believe that there is a yoga practice to suit every person, along every walk of life.
Background and Experience
Yoga has always been a great way for myself to heal, and since discovering its magic myself I’ve loved sharing this physical, mental and spiritual wealth to others.
I’ve always been into teaching and sharing my knowledge – even from a young teenage age – I first taught Tae-kwon-do from the age of 12! Since then I have taught yoga to all kinds of people ever since.
I pride myself on making my sessions accessible to all. From the old to the very young, beginners and the experienced, read through some of my testimonials to see how much people of all ages enjoy my sessions. I’ve taught all over the world, from Egypt to Mexico, LA and India, I’ve even taught on Circus Island in Nicaragua!
